Post 6. A Snowy Schuylkill River Run

I hope everyone reading this post is doing well. It’s been quite some time since I last wrote and thought I’d provide a quick update:

Today, I went on a run with my friend Peter with nothing but shorts, a T-shirt, and a pair of gloves that we shared. This was not one of my most intelligent moments. The California and Alabama heat did not prepare either of us for seven-degree weather. I froze. Peter froze. It was one of the most challenging runs I’ve ever been on.

Pictured below is Peter washing his hands in warm water after they’d gone numb. I can confirm he was not enjoying it. Safe to say I will be wearing a jacket and pants next time.
